- 19th biennial Rainbow Alliance of the Deaf Conference July 19-24, 2005 to be held at Grand Hyatt Washington Hotel. Colorful Hands: Working for a Better Tomorrow is the theme of 2005 RAD Conference. It gives us a better perspective of who we are, and opportunity to work harder and together toward a better community. With workshops provided, various interesting exhibitions, keynote speeches, delegates' meetings, and fabulous social activities, we are excited and looking forward to meet people from all walks of life, seeing new and old friends.
